The exhibition will officially be opened on May 7, 2024, at 2:30pm in the foyer of the FMI at Koserstrasse 20. Additionally, a lecture will be given by Dennis Altman, a leader Austrailian gay activist of the 1970s, visiting from Melbourne. He will speak on the topic of "Legacies of Gay Liberation 50 Years Later" and provide an insight into the development of queer movements since the 1970s.

The lecture will be followed by a reception in the FMI foyer.
