GSNAS doctoral candidate Lucas Hellemeier will be a Hans. J. Morgenthau fellow at the Notre Dame International Security Center from August 2022 through July 2023.

Mr. Hellemeier belongs to the 2020 cohort and is writing his dissertation in the Political Science department on Defense Industrial Globalization and U.S. Hegemony.
