On November 16, the Culture Department’s visiting Terra Professor Allison Stagg held the lecture ”Selling Humor in Early America: the Market for Political Caricature Prints, 1789-1820“ as part of the John F. Kennedy-Institute’s Lecture Series on “The Ecstasy of Gold: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly of Money.” Her lecture attracted a large audience of over 200 students and faculty members.
